Professional indemnity insurance

Professional indemnity insurance is provided by Allianz Versicherungs-AG, 10900 Berlin, Germany. Its territorial scope covers activities in the member states of the European Union and thus meets at least the requirements of sec. 51 BRAO, sec. 67 StBerG and secs. 51 et seq. DVStB.

The insurance does not cover advice on and work with non-European law, or activities before non-European courts.
